Spending some time this morning exploring Mastodon. It’s definitely interesting and really looks to have serious traction. The distributed nature of it reminds me of the days I was fascinated by the BBS (Bulletin Board System).

I used to spend my nights going from one BBS to another looking for free software, pirated or not, while my friends were out chasing girls.

I have to withhold too much opinion just yet, but it feels pretty good.
